Michelle Mägerle started out in 2015 as the head of personnel development at the former RUAG Defence. In her current role as Chief HR Officer, she was key in providing support for and managing all personnel and cultural matters during RUAG's unbundling and further development.
"In the past few years I have put my heart and soul into RUAG's further development. Together with all of you, we have achieved a lot and made a significant contribution to this. The time has now come for me to focus on my personal development: I see my future being focused more on personnel and organizational development again," said Michelle Mägerle. "That is why I have decided to make my function available to a suitable successor. It really means a lot to me that RUAG is providing me with support for this step. Together, we will find out where our journey will take us, whether internally or externally," Michelle Mägerle continued.
"I have gotten to know Michelle Mägerle as a very committed and competent leader. We have all been able to benefit from her commitment over the past few years. I am therefore also thrilled that we are able to support Michelle Mägerle in reorienting herself," said Peter E. Bodmer, interim CEO of RUAG MRO Holding Ltd.
The search for a new Chief HR Officer is underway.
