RUAG has been committed to promoting young talent for years, giving young people like you the chance of a successful start to working life.

We are going to hold a TalentsDay at various RUAG sites on 25 October 2025. Here, we open our doors for you, your parents, friends and anyone else interested in vocational training.

On TalentsDay, you will have the opportunity to get an idea of what awaits you as an apprentice at RUAG. In addition, you will receive information about all the professional fields that RUAG offers at the various sites. Our apprentices will show you what they do at RUAG and what their training is like. Come over and ask our apprentices and vocational trainers any questions you may have about vocational training in person.
