Strengthening our presence in western Switzerland
Roger Haupt, Head of Key Account Management SVS, has been elected Vice President of the Groupement Romand pour le matériel de Défense et de Sécurité (GRPM). This new role not only underscores his personal commitment to security and defense policy issues in western Switzerland, but also brings strategic advantages for RUAG.
Key role in the security policy network
As Vice President of one of the central networks for defense and security issues in French-speaking Switzerland, Roger Haupt will play a key role in promoting exchange between industry, authorities, and decision-makers. His position will strengthen RUAG's presence in this important regional network.
This contributes significantly to RUAG's visibility and positioning in western Switzerland, a region where RUAG has several sites. Direct access to security policy discussions and developments in French-speaking Switzerland enables RUAG to identify needs at an early stage and position its solutions in a targeted manner. In addition, the role strengthens the company's relationships with regional partners and institutions and promotes trust in RUAG as a reliable partner in the Swiss security landscape – also at the regional level.
