Body repair technician EFZ (Swiss certificate of competence)

Your training will last three years. During this time, you will learn everything you need to know to become a body repair technician.

For this apprenticeship you need manual dexterity, technical and practical skills and good spatial awareness.

Future opportunities

After your apprenticeship with us, the following career options will be available to you: from body repair specialist and body shop coordinator to body shop manager with a federal diploma of higher education. In addition to these diplomas, there are the following educational programs: Business manager autobody (advanced federal diploma of higher education) or a degree in automotive technology. You also have the opportunity to obtain the S license issued by the FOCA (Federal Office of Civil Aviation) as a body repair technician in the aviation field.
